Moulding: (RT)
has various capacity moulding presses ranging from 20 tons to 150 tons clamping capacity and 2 Nos., Imported Microprocessor based, Fully automatic Thermoset injection moulding machine of 120 Tons capacity, for moulding various Thermosetting raw material like PF, Phenolformaldehyde, UF, Urea formaldehyde, MF, Melamineformaldehyde, DMC, SMC, PMC, etc. We have the capacity to meet most of our customers requirements for Thermoset / Thermoplastic moulding and mould manufacturing, in Compression / Transfer / Injection moulding process. We have the hardware and the Personnel to meet any short term / long term capacity requirements of our clients at an appropriate cost and service.
POST MOULDING SUB ASSEMBLING
We have with us the necessary infrastructure and manpower to carry out Post Moulding Sub- Assembling of products that are moulded at our factory.
Tooling
We have in house mould manufacturing / maintenance facilities and in corporation with associated various CNC centers with whom we maintain strategic relationship to provide Tooling of varying configuration and sizes as per customers requirements. We control and monitor all aspects of mould design and construction and use standard mould bases and accessories with premium quality Tool Steel to ensure that the moulds are of appropriate quality and delivery commitments of our customers are met.
Mould Design
We provide complete Product / Mould design services to our customers with the aid of CAD, and try to ensure that our CAD Hardware & Software is the latest and capable of interfacing with our customers. We have at our disposal various CAD software like AutoCad-2000, Pro-E, Ideas, MasterCam, etc. We can offer COMPLETE PRODUCT DESIGN FROM CONCEPTION TO PRODUCTION, by generating 3-D model of the product
